  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the item you want in exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

  • Exchanging a defective item? We’ll cover the shipping costs both ways.


Damaged or Defective Products
